• The beautiful Mirage Resort has a lovely pool that looks like a tropical island that is far away from the Nevada desert nearby. Come here for beautiful scenery with lots of trees and a waterfall to set the mood for a luxurious escape.

Just a great pool. We stayed during the week (Mon-Thurs) so we didn't have trouble with the weekend crowds. Being used to Central time, we were up early and glad to see the pool opens at a customer-friendly 7:00am. Plenty of chairs, drink girl was right on the order and prompt, shade-a-plenty. Only downside for us was the cool pool temperature, but we're from south Texas where our pools feel more like bath-water, so a brisk swim was a surprise. I will be staying at the Mirage again July 2009, basing my choice solely on the pool experience.
